This is a beautiful looking creature.
This is a wonderfully cute creature, but is it becoming endangered because people keep them as pets? I know that the snake headed turtle is now extinct in the wild because so many people captured them to sell as pets.
I am sad to think that is amazing creature is endangered. I am worried that it might become extinct. I wonder what we could do to solve this problem?
Could we ask the government to pass a new law that stops the creature being kept as a pet, or could will protect it in zoos and wildlife parks? Or could we get the government to protect the land on which it lives, stopping the building of houses on its habitat?
